Find Your Calm
In 2025 we will be focusing on 3 aspects of well-being: emotional, physical and social.
Emotional Well-Being: The ability to practice stress-management and relaxation techniques, be resilient, boost self-love, and generate the emotions that lead to good feelings.
Physical Well-Being: The ability to improve the functioning of your body through healthy living and good exercise habits.
Social Well-Being: The ability to create and maintain healthy relationships, feel a sense of belonging and a sense of community. Social well-being can have a significant impact on our emotional well-being and day-to-day health.

Summer Retreats 2025
Find Your Calm
Day 1: 6pm Arrival
Welcome & Dinner
Welcome Gentle Yoga: Take a deep breath, you have arrived! Our yoga gals will guide you through a gentle stretch on the dock.
Day 2
Morning Mindfulness: A perfect way to set your intentions to be present the rest of the day.
Outdoor Adventure with Emily: Be present in Voyageurs National Park by water! Your water adventure can be relaxing and invigorating at the same time.
New! Cooking with Megan: Megan is allowing us in her kitchen for a workshop! She will teach us some cooking basics, meal planning must-dos and send us home with the recipes.
Day 3
Hike with Lori: You will love this hike in the beautiful trails with Lori. Her positive energy is absolutely contagious!
Mindfulness: Taking a Pause: Learn how taking a pause with mindfulness can help you regulate your body's response to stress and anxiety and can help build personal resilience.
Calm Body-Calm Brain (Wellness Workshop): Let's explore proven strategies used to improve mental health and wellness, resulting in emotional regulation. The best intervention you can share with the world is your own regulated nervous system.

Highlights
Fresh Food by Megan: The food at 3 Sisters Retreat will be a highlight of your weekend!
Sauna Time: The sauna is always open at 3 Sisters. Enjoy a cool dip in the lake or three after your sauna time.
All 3 Sisters Retreat activities are optional. You will have plenty of downtime to relax, read a book, go for a hike, sleep in, connect with others or do whatever brings you rest and relaxation.
