About the event
Insights training refers to a process where learners experience a moment of understanding or realization, going from "I don't understand this" to "Aha! I got it!" One specific example is Insights Discovery, which is based on Carl Jung's psychology and uses color to help participants understand their working style and improve personal and professional effectiveness.
