Lisa Wyland

After years of pushing through stress, exhaustion, and the relentless pace of modern life, Lisa Wyland learned firsthand what happens when we ignore the quiet wisdom of our bodies. What began as subtle signals during a once-in-a-lifetime Himalayan trek eventually became chronic fatigue, digestive struggles, joint pain, and a deep realization that conventional answers alone were not enough.

Rather than accepting a life of merely “getting by,” Lisa chose a different path — one of healing, curiosity, and transformation.

That journey became the foundation of her life’s work.

Today, as the founder of Flourish Holistic Wellness, Lisa compassionately guides women who are tired of feeling depleted, overwhelmed, disconnected from their bodies, and dismissed in their search for answers. She helps women uncover the root causes of their symptoms, regulate their nervous systems, restore vitality, and reconnect with the calm, powerful energy already within them.

Lisa’s work is deeply informed by both professional expertise and lived experience. She is a holistic Physical Therapist, Lifestyle Medicine Practitioner,  FlowFit Instructor, Master Quantum Epigenetics Hair Analysis Practitioner, Certified Gluten-Free Practitioner, and Certified Rapid Reprogramming Method Practitioner. Her approach integrates manual therapy, lifestyle medicine, pain neuroscience, neuro-activation, nervous system regulation, and transformational coaching to support lasting, sustainable healing.

As a wife, mother of four grown children, and passionate advocate for whole-person wellness, Lisa believes healing is not about perfection — it is about learning to listen, honor, and respond to the body with compassion and wisdom.

Her mission is simple: to help women shorten the path from surviving to truly flourishing.

Because vibrant health, joy, peace, and vitality are not luxuries — they are possible for you too.
